Legend Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Receptionist to warmly welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, and support staff with clerical tasks at the front desk.

You will assist with tours, data entry, mailing, and light inventory while maintaining a friendly, organized, and service‑oriented environment that reflects our standards of care and Holistic Wellness.

This position may require occasional evenings or weekends to support community needs.

Qualifications

• Required: Possess a knowledge of basic office skills
• Required: Be friendly, organized and service-oriented
• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Greeting individuals arriving at the community
• Answering the telephone and relaying messages
• Assisting with clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, accepting packages and preparing mailings
• Assisting the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
