Sagora Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge at The Viera community in Corpus Christi, TX. You will greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk, answer phones, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related front-desk/concierge experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality in all resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
