Job summary

The Brennity at Vero Beach, managed by Sagora, is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Concierge to greet guests, manage calls, and support daily operations at our senior living community in Vero Beach. The role emphasizes resident-first service, teamwork, and a friendly, professional presence.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming lobby, handling inquiries, and assisting staff as needed, with an evening shift Sunday–Thursday from 3pm to 11pm. Previous front desk experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
