Truewood by Merrill, New Bern, NC, is seeking a friendly Senior Living Receptionist to welcome residents, families, and guests and to serve as the first point of contact.

You will answer multi-line phones, coordinate front-desk activities, and provide general support to all departments. A High School diploma or GED and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred).
• Minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.

• Maintains the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Provides administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis.
