Evolve Med Spa in Montclair, NJ is seeking a full-time Front Desk Concierge to join a fast-paced, high-volume clinic. You’ll welcome clients, manage check-ins and checkouts, handle calls and messages, coordinate appointments, process payments, and support sales while maintaining a polished, client-focused experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of front-desk or comparable experience, thrives under shifting priorities, and can promote services and memberships.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of front-desk, concierge, receptionist, or similar client-facing experience.
• Sales or service-recommendation experience with the confidence to discuss products, services, memberships, and promotions.
• Professional, friendly, and composed communication under pressure.
• Experience with Zenoti or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Concierge – Full Time

Join one of New Jersey’s most recognized medical aesthetics brands!

Evolve Med Spa is seeking an experienced, energetic, sales-minded, and highly organized Full-Time Front Desk Concierge to join our busy Montclair clinic.

This location is fast-paced, high-volume, and constantly moving. We need someone with previous front-desk experience who is confident managing multiple priorities at once, welcoming clients, answering phones and messages, coordinating appointments, processing checkouts, supporting sales, and maintaining the daily flow of a busy office.

The right person will have expierence working in an active environment where priorities can shift quickly. You should be able to stay organized, think ahead, solve problems, and remain polished and composed—even when several things require your attention at the same time.

Sales is also an important part of this position. Our Concierge team educates clients about services, products, memberships, and promotions while supporting rebooking, retention, and clinic goals. You should be comfortable identifying client needs, making recommendations, and confidently promoting our services and products.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of front-desk, concierge, receptionist, administrative, or similar client-facing experience
• Proven experience working in a busy, fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Sales or service-recommendation experience with the confidence to discuss products, services, memberships, and promotions
• Ability to manage phones, clients, scheduling, payments, messages, and changing priorities simultaneously
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Confidence handling frequent interruptions while keeping daily operations on track
• A proactive, ready-to-help mindset with the ability to anticipate what needs to be done
• Professional, friendly, and composed communication
• Dependability, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership
• Comfort learning new systems, services, promotions, and procedures
• Medical spa, beauty, wellness, salon, hospitality, or high-end retail experience is a plus
• Zenoti experience, or similar platforms

Schedule Commitment:

This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position. Candidates must have the flexibility to work during all clinic operating hours, including evenings and Saturdays. The specific five-day schedule and shifts may vary based on clinic needs.

Current clinic hours include:

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Thursday-- 10:00 AM--6:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• $20–$23 per hour, plus monthly bonus potential
