Frenchies Modern Nail Care in Smyrna is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge to create a welcoming guest experience and help keep the salon running smoothly. This active role blends front desk duties with studio floor support, maintaining high sanitation standards and assisting with inventory and retail restocking.

The position offers both full-time and part-time options, with a friendly team environment and opportunities for growth through the membership program and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems.

• Retail, restaurant, fitness studio, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries.
• Help guests book services and answer questions.
• Educate guests about the Frenchies Polish Pass membership program.
• Check on guests during services to ensure they are comfortable.
• Help with inventory, including restocking retail and supplies.
• Support studio cleanliness and organization.
