Frenchies Modern Nail Care in Charlotte is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and keep the salon running smoothly in a stylish, chemical-free environment.

You will thrive with 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and a team-oriented attitude; the role includes training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to grow within the Frenchies system.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in customer service.
Preferred receptionist/concierge experience.
Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out
Efficiently handle appointment scheduling and phone inquiries
Uphold salon cleanliness and maintain our high standards
Educate guests on the Frenchies Way and ensure a seamless experience
Inform guests about the benefits of the Frenchies Polish Pass program, encouraging enrollment
Provide attentive service throughout guests' visits to enhance comfort
