Candlewood Suites Fort Myers is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless stay. You'll handle check-ins/outs, payments, and inquiries with a calm, guest-first approach.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch is a bonus).
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team-first attitude and a welcoming presence for guests.
• Availability for AM and PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Handle payments, verify IDs, and maintain accurate PMS records.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance for room readiness.
• Promote hotel amenities and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area.
