Job summary

Cambridge Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team in Moorestown Township, NJ. This full-time role includes daily pay opportunities and a competitive hourly wage.

The Concierge will be the first contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, handling calls, greetings, and front-desk support with a warm, professional demeanor. Preferred CNA license and healthcare experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Current and active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required; experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with professional presence and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Provide information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support facility operations.
• Greet and assist potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Manage internal and external calls, take messages, and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate information flow and support day-to-day front-desk operations.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment.
