Job summary

Drybar is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our busy salon in Burbank. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing reservations, and supporting stylists to maintain a smooth shop flow.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years in fast-paced settings, are comfortable with point-of-sale systems, and hold a high school diploma. We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $17.50, benefits, and free blowouts for employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred; salon/spa experience optional.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a professional, brand-appropriate image and host a positive shop atmosphere.
• Organize shop flow between clients and team members efficiently.
• Serve as subject matter expert in the reservation system and keep client records accurate.
• Maximize appointments and ensure timely communication to the team.
• Maintain ethics with payments and tips, and balance cash drawer at openings and shift changes.
• Communicate shop operations to management and assist with maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist stylists to improve efficiency and be proactive in care of the shop.
