Responsibilities

• Record client information accurately in the reservation system and ensure timely communication to the team.
• Optimize appointments and ensure timely communication to maximize booking efficiency.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy at open/close and during shifts.
• Communicate shop operations clearly with management and team.
• Assist with shop cleanliness and support stylists to improve efficiency.
