Job summary

Drybar is seeking a receptionist for our busy Burbank location. You will be the welcoming face, manage reservations, balance cash, and support stylists to maintain a smooth flow of clients throughout the day.

We offer competitive hourly wages starting at $17.50 plus retail bonuses, medical/dental/vision benefits, and free blowouts for employees. Previous POS experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image.
• Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reservation system subject matter expert; record client information accurately.
• Maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team.
• Balance cash drawer at opening, during shifts, and at closing.
• Maintain communication with shop management about overall operations.
• Assist with shop cleanliness and supporting stylists to improve efficiency.
