Job summary

Drybar is hiring a receptionist in Los Angeles to create a warm, high‑energy front-of-house experience. Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred; salon/spa experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage the flow between clients and team members.
• Serve as subject matter expert in the reservation system; record client information accurately.
• Maximize appointments with the reservation system and communicate with the team.
• Assist with shop cleanliness and support stylists to improve efficiency.
• Maintain professional, brand-appropriate image and positive shop atmosphere.
