Pacific Pointe Senior Apartments in Chula Vista, CA is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and offices according to established protocols.

You will restock supplies, follow infection control practices, and collaborate with staff to address housekeeping needs, while respecting residents' privacy and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward diverse residents, including the homeless.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in healthcare or hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while following cleaning schedules and standards.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the facility.
• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces according to established protocols and schedules.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
• Dispose of trash and hazardous materials in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and infection control practices to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to address any maintenance or housekeeping-related issues that arise.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents and staff at all times.
