PARKWAY ENDODONTICS INC is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy dental clinic in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. You will greet clients, book appointments, answer calls, and collect payment information with a sunny, customer-first attitude.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior dental front-desk experience is helpful but not required, and training is available.

Qualifications

• One+ years of experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred (training provided)
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
