The role requires welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and supporting front desk operations at the Residence Inn Houston/The Woodlands.

The position demands strong communication, flexibility with hours, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexibility with hours, including long shifts.
• Must be able to stand during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Operate PBX console and Front Desk systems.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages to guests/meeting rooms.
• Balance and prepare shift and housekeeping reports.
