Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Front Desk Agent in Louisville, KY to welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay with exceptional service.

As the first contact, you will check guests in and out, handle inquiries, and coordinate with hotel staff to provide accurate information on services, hours, and local attractions. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Comfortable with fast-paced front desk duties and cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests and anticipate needs.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Follow cash handling and hotel accounting procedures.
• Learn hotel staff, services, hours, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Assist in lobby cleanliness and security of information.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
