• Minimum two years of customer service or nonprofit operations experience.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and community programs preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and guests, provide information on programs and resources.
• Coordinate front desk volunteer coverage and onboarding.
• Assist with food distribution, hygiene kits, and community support activities.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and program documentation.
