Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers and routes telephone calls professionally and courteously.
• Greets clients and directs them to appropriate people or departments.
• Accepts earnest money and provides receipts.
• Processes title orders via email, fax, phone, or in-person and enters data accurately.
• Verifies order information and retrieves missing details as needed.
• Creates and delivers property profile information and reports.
• Performs clerical tasks and light bookkeeping as required.
• Adapts to changing responsibilities and maintains reliable attendance.
