FLEXX Studios Burlingame on Broadway is seeking a Front Desk & Client Experience Associate to warmly greet members, check them in for classes, and support class bookings and memberships.

You will handle calls, emails, and messages, manage reservations in our studio management system, and collaborate with instructors to keep the studio welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.

FLEXX Studios is a boutique Pilates and fitness studio located on Broadway in Burlingame, offering Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Strength Training, TRX, Yoga, and Kickboxing.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and personable Front Desk & Client Experience Associate who loves connecting with people, thrives in a positive and energetic environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

At FLEXX, our front desk team is the heart of the client experience. We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping our community feel welcome and supported.

Overview

• Warmly welcome clients, check them into classes, and provide an outstanding studio experience.
• Assist new clients with class recommendations, bookings, memberships, and class packages.
• Support membership sales, client retention, referrals, and studio promotions.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
• Manage class reservations, client accounts, and scheduling using our studio management software.
• Maintain accurate class attendance and client records.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily front desk operations.
• Help keep the reception area and studio spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Work collaboratively with instructors and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or fitness studio experience is a plus.
• Interest in Pilates, fitness, health, or wellness is a bonus, but not required.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time, on-site position with opportunities for additional hours.

We are especially interested in candidates with consistent weekday morning availability, Monday through Friday.

Additional afternoon, evening, and weekend morning shifts may also be available.

We value reliability, flexibility, and team members who can commit to a consistent schedule.
