Qualificações

• Front desk experience or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willingness to assist instructors.
• Interest in fitness or sports is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and manage check-ins for lessons and classes
• Assist with scheduling, bookings, and answering client questions
• Provide basic information about our programs and services
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lounge area
• Support instructors with session prep when needed
• Handle email/text confirmations through our client management system
• Help ensure a smooth, professional, and friendly client experience
