Sayville Ford is seeking a friendly Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team. The right candidate will handle phone duties, greet customers, schedule service appointments, and process payments in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Evenings and Saturdays are required, and candidates should possess excellent communication, punctuality, a professional appearance, and a valid driver's license. We value teamwork and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the service advisor.
• Work cooperatively with all departments and other internal teams.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Receive payments for Service and Parts tickets.
• Complete loaner vehicle paperwork.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
