Qualifications

• Math & Computer Skills: Basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and familiarity with office technology or dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer billing inquiries, and direct complex questions to service advisors.
• Payment Processing: Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments, calculate bills, and issue accurate receipts.
• Drawer Reconcilement: Balance cash drawers daily, prepare bank deposits, and track daily transaction records.
• Administrative Support: File repair orders, answer incoming phone calls, and assist other departments with basic clerical tasks
