New Motors Ford in Girard, PA is seeking a friendly cashier/receptionist to be the first voice and face of the dealership. You will answer calls, greet customers at the cashier window, and process payments for service, parts, and sales.

The role offers a consistent 40-hour week in a full-time capacity with a supportive team environment and benefits. Training provided for those new to cashier/reception work.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat phone manner and strong customer service.
• Accurate with money and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Cashier, reception, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the right department.
• Take accurate messages and follow up so no customer falls through the cracks.
• Greet customers and handle their questions at the cashier window.
• Process credit card payments and collect checks for service, parts, and sales.
• Balance your cash drawer and keep accurate daily payment records.
• Support the sales, service, and accounting teams as needed.
