Job summary

New Motors Ford in Girard, PA is seeking a friendly, organized Cashier/Receptionist to be the first voice and face of the dealership. You’ll answer calls, greet customers, and process payments at the cashier window, helping keep the front desk running smoothly.

In this full-time role, you’ll balance your cash drawer, take accurate messages, and support the sales, service, and accounting teams as needed. Training is provided for the right person with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat phone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Accurate with money and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Cashier, reception or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the right department.
• Take accurate messages and follow up so no customer falls through the cracks.
• Greet customers and handle their questions at the cashier window.
• Process credit card payments and collect checks for service, parts, and sales.
• Balance your cash drawer and keep accurate daily payment records.
• Support the sales, service, and accounting teams as needed.
