Job summary

Ideal candidates are professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. Prior cashier or receptionist experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and able to interact with customers.
• Organized and detail-oriented with cash handling experience.
• Comfortable using a telephone system and POS equipment.
• Able to work independently while supporting a team.
• Previous cashier, receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Process customer payments accurately (cash, cards, etc.).
• Balance daily cash and transaction records with accuracy.
• Assist with filing, data entry and administrative tasks.
• Support the Office Manager and dealership team.
