Job summary

The Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team in Northampton, MA. You will handle payments from service and parts customers, greet guests, and manage front-desk duties.

We offer a 401(k) plan with employer match if eligible, paid weekly, discounts on services and parts, employee vehicle purchase plans, and company-provided uniforms. Prior dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications

• Organized and ambitious self-starter.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Computer literacy.
• Professional personal appearance & positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal/written communication.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Taking payments from service and parts customers.
• Closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system.
• Compiling and balancing daily parts and service deposit.
• Receipting in customer deposits for sales department.
• Answer service phones.
• Make service appointments.
• Assist service customers when needed.
• Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
