The position requires flexibility for opening, mid, and closing shifts, plus the ability to balance cash, process payments, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Prior cash-handling experience is required.
• Comfortable and accurate handling money and balancing a cash drawer.
• Able to answer a high volume of incoming calls and transfer appropriately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with teammates.
• Willingness to assist with varied administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Transfer callers to the correct department or individual.
• Take accurate messages and communicate them promptly.
• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Process and document payments (cash, check, credit card).
• Balance cash at start/end of shifts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with paperwork.
