Qualifications

• High School diploma and one year of appropriate experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and determine the purpose of visits, directing to the appropriate staff in the Business Office.
• Answer patient calls, resolve issues and respond to inquiries, and assist staff and students with billing questions.
• Receive credit card payments by phone for dental services and post them to patient accounts in axiUm.
• Provide support in the office by managing patient accounts, billing, and collections.
• Serve as a back-up cashier during registrations/check-out and handle cash and card payments in axiUm.
• Assist with mail, projects, and daily mail pickup when business is slow.
