You’ll handle bookings using Booker, process payments and tips, and help drive sales of products and memberships while maintaining a clean, welcoming salon environment. This part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay composed under pressure.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per shift.
• Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Technically savvy with front desk operations.

As the front desk at Drybar Uptown New Orleans, you're the face of the client experience—from check-in to check-out. You ensure smooth shop flow, follow front desk Non-Negotiables, and support daily operations and sales. You play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a fun, efficient, and professional atmosphere.

Shifts are

• - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Evening: 1:30pm - 7:00pm.
• - Occasional Sundays are required.
• - Must be available during holiday months (November-December).

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment(e.g., retail, front desk, hospitality, or salon/spa)
• Experience withpoint-of-sale (POS) systemspreferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
