Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist/front desk
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Customer-focused professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and manage time
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; check clients in/out.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, direct inquiries.
• Maintain basic computer literacy and scheduling software.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Log resident packages and manage mail daily.
