Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Monitor member check-ins and ensure policies are followed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Report facility maintenance issues or member concerns to management.
• Support other staff and assist in light cleaning duties when needed.
