Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are taken care of and service meets hotel standards.
• Greet and seat guests, provide menus, explain daily specials.

• Check on guests during meals and address complaints professionally.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Present bills, handle payments, and process tips accurately.
• Occasionally assist with light food prep and restocking.
