Job summary

Sweat 440 seeks a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face at our studio in New Jersey. You’ll greet members and guests, drive membership sales, handle check-ins and bookings, and keep the space on-brand and organized.

Bring high energy and strong people skills; training is provided to help you hit sales goals and grow with the brand as we expand across Monmouth and Ocean County.

• Outgoing, reliable, and goal-oriented personality.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfort with sales, or a genuine willingness to learn (we will train you).

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and first-time guests with high energy and a positive attitude.
• Convert intro and free-class guests into members through consultative sales conversations.
• Hit individual and studio sales targets (commission rewards your results).
• Handle check-ins, class bookings, and membership questions.
• Process retail and merchandise sales.
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and studio clean, organized, and on-brand.
• Follow up with leads and prospects by phone, text, and email.
• Support a welcoming, motivating studio environment.

We are expanding across Monmouth and Ocean County, and we are looking for energetic, people-first team members to be the face of our studios.As a Part-Time Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression every member gets.
