Job summary

Massage Envy Golden Valley is seeking friendly guest services professionals to support wellness journeys. You will greet clients, educate on Total Body Care, and book services, while promoting the Wellness Program and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00 plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, plus benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Has previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Supporters of total body care with knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.

Day-to-Day:

• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
