Job summary

Myo is opening a new Manhattan Beach clinic in Fall 2026 and is building a founding clinician team. This full-time role invites new graduates to apply and shape the clinical standard, patient experience, and team culture from day one.

As a founding clinician, you will deliver one-to-one care, help define patient pathways, and contribute to the clinic's growth while benefiting from mentorship and industry exposure within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

Myo is coming to Manhattan Beach in Fall 2026, and we're intentionally building our founding team from the ground up. We're starting conversations early to bring together a high-calibre group of clinicians who want to help define the standard, shape the culture, and introduce the Myo experience to the community from day one.

As a founding clinician, you'll play a key role in establishing the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture at our newest Los Angeles clinic.

Located in a vibrant and active community, the clinic will serve surfers, runners, athletes, professionals, and families who value movement, performance, longevity, and proactive healthcare. Myo is modern physical therapy designed to FutureProof the body.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive total compensation combining base salary with a performance-based fee split, scaled to experience, clinical performance, and alignment with Myo’s core values.
