Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Associate, your duties include:

• Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions and check-ins
• Promoting our judgment-free environment and supporting members' fitness journeys
• Resolving concerns and escalating issues to management
• Answering phones and assisting callers
• Membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, billing, transfers
• Conducting tours and assessing prospective members’ needs
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all club areas and equipment
• Addressing safety and maintenance concerns promptly

Qualifications

• 6-12 months customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18+ years old
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided)
• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the shift
• Communicating in person and over the phone
• Lifting up to 75 pounds
• Encountering chemicals and performing cleaning duties
• Moving, bending, and twisting as needed
