Job Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Welcome and farewell members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
2. Anticipate and respond promptly to members' needs, acknowledging all members.
3. Provide efficient telephone service, answering calls promptly with knowledge and accuracy.
4. Use communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively.
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
6. Deliver prompt customer service with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
7. Handle payments, give change and receipts.
8. Promote products and special promotions to drive revenue.
9. Answer customer questions regarding business procedures and policies in a friendly manner.

Minimum Skills

1. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
2. Strong work ethic, decision-making, and problem resolution skills.
3. Initiative and self-motivation with minimal supervision.
4. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule.
5. Excellent customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
6. Energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
7. Physical ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Hours

Initial training hours may vary. Availability on weekdays and weekends based on club needs. Open or flexible availability is a plus.
