Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Must pass all applicable records and background checks.
  • Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
  • This position may be designated ALPHA personnel for inclement weather or in the interest of national security and may be required to report to work when others are excused.
  • Work may include weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and hours outside normal duty times.

  • Possession of a valid state driver’s license may be required; travel to other Recreational Lodging facilities may be necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in front desk operations of a hotel or RV parks.

  • Proficiency with automated property management systems.
  • Customer service and complaint resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.

This position does not require specific educational credentials. All federal employees must remain drug-free as per Executive Order 12564. Employment is contingent upon background checks, medical screening, drug testing, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.
