Job description

Dynamic CycleBar Studio in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a motivated, sales-minded individual with a passion for influencing first-time riders.

Our Front Desk Associates are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They focus on driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Associates are responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach to new customers, managing in-club leads (first-time riders), and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the support of a CycleBar Experience team, Sales Leads must demonstrate leadership qualities in all areas of the business. They must build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster ambassadorship and retention. Our Sales Leads are rooted in hospitality and uphold our Mission of fueling an energetic communal experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives in sales techniques
  • Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via telephone and email
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes using good judgment
  • Passion for fitness
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio management software

Duties:

  • Membership sales
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Acquire new members and retain existing members
  • Convert non-membership users to members
  • Conduct monthly pre-planning activities for outreach and lead flow
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with members, embracing hospitality and promoting the CycleBar culture
  • Work with the General Manager to coach, train, and educate the sales team on hospitality and sales tactics, and work with the owner on team accountability
  • Set and work towards monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
  • Drive referral business through ambassadorship
