Job summary

Pdk Airport LLC DBA Holiday Inn Portland Airport is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet guests with a warm smile, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations.

You will provide information about amenities and local attractions, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth experience. Qualifications

• Guest-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve guest questions with courtesy.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems.
• Oregon Food Handlers Card required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service training offered.
