The Front Desk Associate provides exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include interviewing patients or their representatives to gather complete demographic, financial, and insurance information for billing and collections, performing clerical duties, managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, processing medical records requests, entering patient data, and accepting payments.
Pay Range - $18.00-$23.00/hr. Commensurate with experience
