Job summary

PVOLVE Nashville is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate for our Gulch studio. This part-time role focuses on welcoming members, answering questions, and supporting membership sales to create a positive studio experience.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently, with strong communication skills and a passion for fitness and hospitality. Flexible to mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide high level of customer service and create a positive studio experience.
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in members and guests

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and checking in members and guests
• Providing a high level of customer service and creating a positive studio experience
• Answering questions about classes, memberships, packages, and studio policies
• Following up with prospective members and assisting with membership and package sales
• Responding to phone, text, and email inquiries
• Supporting daily studio operations, including opening and closing
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
• Assisting with events, promotions, and other studio needs as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is outgoing and confident speaking with both current and prospective members
• Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Is comfortable with sales and lead follow-up
• Has an interest in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
• Has flexibility to work a combination of early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Previous boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
