Job Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Welcome and exit members confidently and courteously with greetings and farewells.
2. Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members.
3. Provide efficient telephone service, answering calls promptly and knowledgeably.
4. Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
6. Deliver prompt customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy.
7. Accept payments, give change, and provide receipts.
8. Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
9. Answer customer questions regarding policies and procedures clearly and courteously.

Minimum Skills

1. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
2. Strong work ethic with decision-making and problem resolution skills.
3. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
4. Flexible to work rotating schedules.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
6. Energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
7. Physical ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Hours
