THIS POSITION REQUIRES OPEN FLEXIBILITY AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. EMPLOYEES WILL BE TRAINED AND SCHEDULED AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. THE PAY IS $16.00 PER HOUR, AND WE ARE INTERVIEWING FOR A VARIETY OF SHIFTS.

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, serving as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. Our Front Desk Associates are central to the property experience and are highly valued by residents. Your duties include welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, handling calls, requests, and package/food deliveries.

Your main goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries.
  • Managing contractor visits and realtor or potential buyer/renter visits.
  • Reminding residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors according to property procedures.
  • Promptly responding to resident requests, calls, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.
