Job summary

JSK Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Clerk for our Courtyard by Marriott in Hammond, IN to be the first point of contact for guests and to deliver warm, brand-standard service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include check-ins/check-outs, reservations, payments, guest requests, upselling, lobby maintenance, cash handling, and cross-department support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Required: Basic computer skills; cash handling ability.
• Required: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required: Ability to stand for extended periods; professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Required: Must be at least 18 years old.
