Job summary

JSK Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for 2nd shift or nights at our Courtyard by Marriott in Hammond, IN. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, brand-standard service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, handling reservations and payments, assisting guests with requests, upselling rooms and services, and supporting other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills; prior hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS comfort; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
