Job description

FRONT DESK DAILY Duties
Morning Shift – Prior to Guests Arriving
  • Check all voicemails and return calls immediately, especially for any schedule changes early in the day.
  • Verify online and mobile appointments, confirm them or call guests for required adjustments.
  • Check the waitlist frequently to accommodate guests in open appointments.
  • Check salon email & text messages.
  • Review the client appointment confirmation screen for any cancellations.
  • Ensure members have enough credits for their visits in MBO.
  • Create a list of guests lacking sufficient credits to discuss upon their arrival.
Throughout the Day
  • Answer incoming calls and reach out to new leads in LMS to convert them into clients.
  • Complete & scan consultation forms for new clients and send out “Thank You” cards.
  • Sweep and mop or Swiffer the floors throughout the shop and bathroom.
  • Maintain bathroom cleanliness: wipe down sinks and countertops, pick up trash, keep toilets clean, wipe spills, and refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
  • Send review links to new clients for feedback.
  • Restock and organize the retail area.
  • Check the guest ‘Appointment Confirmation’ screen and call all guests who have not confirmed via text or email.
