The pay is $18 per hour. We are currently hiring for the following shifts: 1AM-9AM (Fri, Sat, & Sun), 3PM-11PM (Sat & Sun), and 11PM-7AM (Sat & Sun).

We are NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio of over 350 top brands in luxury residential and hotel sectors across 30 markets in the U.S.

A typical day at one of our front desks…

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, serving as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. You will be the 'heart' of the property, warmly welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, and handling incoming calls, requests, and deliveries.

Our goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitating contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors according to property procedures.
  • Promptly responding to resident requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.

The pay is $18 per hour at the time of this ad, with a historical range of $17-$18 per hour.
