Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience, drive membership and retail sales, and manage bookings. You will greet clients, answer calls, and support salon operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or retail, strong attention to detail, and can multitask in a busy setting. MindBody experience is a plus. This on-site role offers hourly pay plus commissions.

• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
